Check-In Information: Please arrive promptly ten minutes before your activity’s start time to check in.

Age Requirement: All participants taking a class must be at least 10 years of age. (Ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult)

Cancelation Policy: Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours of their reservation. There are NO REFUNDS or guarantee of a reschedule for reservations cancelled within 48 hours. Any changes to your reservation may incur fees.

Weather Cancelation Policy: If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds, you will be notified within a minimum of 1 hour of your scheduled start time. You will have the option of a partial refund of your class payment (your total minus tax and credit card fees) or keep class credit to be used at your next availability. You will be notified via text or email if your booking needs to be cancelled

Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign the waiver.
