Check-In Information: Please arrive promptly ten minutes before your activity’s start time to check in.

Age Requirement: All participants taking a class must be at least 10 years of age. (Ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult)

Cancelation Policy: Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours of their reservation. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will receive a credit. Credits never expire and can be used towards a future class or event.

Weather Cancelation Policy: If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds, you will be notified within 90 minutes of your scheduled start time. While we don’t offer refunds for weather-related cancelations (since that’s out of our control), you’ll receive a credit equal to your booking amount. This credit never expires and can be used toward any future class or event.

Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign the waiver.
