There’s something new on the horizon! When you book your next adventure, you might notice your confirmation emails and waivers now come from Aqua Om Paddle — and here’s why: we’ve joined forces!
Aqua Om is a paddleboarding and outdoor adventure company based in Berks County that shares our passion for creating unforgettable, nature-filled experiences on the water. With this partnership, Susquehanna SUP is now Susquehanna SUP by Aqua Om — and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come.

What does this mean for you?
You’ll still paddle with Alicia and enjoy the same incredible river experiences you’ve come to love. The only change is that bookings, payments, and waivers will now be handled through Aqua Om’s streamlined system — making things easier and opening the door to even more events, adventures, and collaborations.
We’re still your Susquehanna SUP — just with a few more paddling friends and even more ways to connect with the water. We can’t wait for you to join us on this next chapter!
What’s the Deal
Check-In Information: Please arrive promptly ten minutes before your activity’s start time to check in.
Age Requirement: All participants taking a class must be at least 10 years of age. (Ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult)
Cancelation Policy: Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours of their reservation. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will receive a credit. Credits never expire and can be used towards a future class or event.
Weather Cancelation Policy: If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds, you will be notified within 90 minutes of your scheduled start time. While we don’t offer refunds for weather-related cancelations (since that’s out of our control), you’ll receive a credit equal to your booking amount. This credit never expires and can be used toward any future class, service, or event.
Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign the waiver.
