Check-In Information: Please arrive promptly ten minutes before your activity’s start time to check in.

Age Requirement: All participants taking a class must be at least 10 years of age. (Ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult)

Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment, minus a $3.00 service fee and applicable credit card processing fees. You may also choose to reschedule for another class instead of receiving a refund.

There are NO REFUNDS or guarantee of a reschedule for reservations cancelled within 48 hours. Any changes to your reservation may incur fees.

Weather Cancelation Policy: If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds, you will be notified within 90 minutes of your scheduled start time. Notification of cancellations will be sent via email to the email address provided during booking.

While we don’t offer refunds for weather-related cancelations (since that’s out of our control), you’ll receive a credit equal to your booking amount. This credit never expires and can be used toward any future class or event.

Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign the waiver.
