This class teaches the fundamentals of stand up paddleboarding with land and water instruction, including board and paddle basics, water safety, and introductory paddle strokes.

all participants must sign a waiver
classes include board, paddle, life vest & anchors (if needed)
all participants must be able to swim and at least 10 years of age to paddle their own board
(ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult)
