Private Guided Paddles

Private tours are custom experiences reserved just for your group, which means we block off guides, equipment, and time specifically for you. Please fill out the form below so we can learn more about your group and create the best possible experience for you.

The Run Down

    • A non-refundable deposit (25%) is required to reserve your date.

    • Your trip is officially confirmed once the deposit is received.

    • The remaining balance is due at check-in

  • A private tour requires a minimum of 4 participants and allows up to 9 participants. Keeping groups small helps create a better experience for everyone and allows for more personalized instruction.

  • We understand plans can change — we’ll always do our best to work with you.

    • 7+ days before your tour: deposit may be transferred to a new date (based on availability).

    • 3–6 days before: deposit is forfeited.

    • Within 48 hours: full tour cost is charged, as guides and equipment have already been scheduled.

    • No-shows are charged the full amount.

  • Your safety is our priority. If weather or river conditions are unsafe, we will:

    • Reschedule your experience or

    • Provide a full refund or credit toward a future trip.

    • Please arrive 10 minutes early before check-in.

    • All participants must sign a liability waiver.
